To process your exchange request, you can send us an email at care.degiz@gmail.com with details viz Order Number, Date of Delivery, Contact Number, Reason for exchange, Desired size, shipping address alongwith pictures of products received and package opening video.
If a second exchange is necessary or if the reverse pick-up service isn’t available for your area, you’ll need to cover the shipping cost to return the shoes to our warehouse at your expenses. Additionally, you will be responsible for the re-shipping charges for the exchanged product.
